Every hat that leaves Bleubird begins in this room — shaped by hand, finished with intention, and sent out into the world with a little piece of us in it.

Step inside the workshop and you’ll find walls lined with all types of hats, racks of ribbon, leather and trim in every color imaginable, and the tools of the trade laid out just so. This is where the magic happens — and where custom orders come to life.

Every hat is shaped entirely by hand — no machines, no shortcuts. Each crown and brim is worked until it feels exactly right, because the details are everything.

From classic grosgrain to bold printed silks, we stock hundreds of band options. Mix and match to create a hat that is unmistakably yours.

Custom Brands

Using a full set of iron stamps, we hot-brand initials, symbols, and custom marks directly into hats, boots, and leather goods. A lasting signature.
